Description:
Our KM-200K series is our precision frame level mainly used to check the straightness of various machine tools and equipment,
as well as to ensure the correctness of the horizontal and vertical positions of the installation, which is simple to use,simply place it
on the surface to be measured, and by looking at the position of the level bubble, you can tell if the object is horizontal or vertical.

Our frame level has the high accuracy, which can meet the needs of different measurement accuracy, and can usually reach the accuracy
range of 0.02mm/m to 0.05mm/m. And the main body is made of materials with good rigidity, wear resistance and stable performance,
which makes the measurement results more stable and reliable.

This frame level is used to check the straightness of various machines and guidance
of other equipment and correctness of horizontal and vertical installing positions.

Precautions:
1.Clean and protect. Before use, non-corrosive gasoline should be used to remove the anti-rust oil from the working surface
   and wipe it clean with absorbent cotton yarn. After use, it is also necessary to wipe the working surface clean, apply water-free
   and acid-free anti-rust oil, cover it with moisture-proof paper and put it in a box, and store it in a dry place.
2.Temperature effects. Temperature changes can lead to measurement errors. Before use, the spirit level should be placed
   in a stable environment and allowed to acclimatize to the temperature before use.
3.Measure and read. When measuring, the bubble must be completely still before it can be read. The line of sight should be vertically
   aligned with the level tube to avoid parallax and affect the reading accuracy. When measuring the horizontal plane, the reading deviation
   of 180° should be checked in the same position and direction, and the two readings should be the same, otherwise the effect of instrument
  deviation should be noted.
4.Handling and storage. When operating, it should be handled with care to avoid collision and friction, so as not to damage or affect the                         measurement accuracy. When storing, it should also be protected from direct sunlight and strong light.
5.Calibration. Before use, it should be calibrated to ensure that the zero error is not greater than 1/10 index.
