Description:
This is our newly released IP54 digital indicating snap micrometer, which can quickly measure the deviation value
of the outside diameter, roundness and thickness of the workpiece in large quantities.

This digital indicating snap micrometer featured with OLED large screen display, vivid color, clearer image,
provide users with better visual effects. The display interface can switch between the analog interface
and the digital interface to meet different habits. This digital indicating snap micrometer has clean lines,
elegant appearance, and easy-to-grip shape on the outside, greatly improving the user experience.

Our new indicating snap micrometer adopts the principle of absolute encoded grating, with high measurement accuracy,
more accurate measurement results, and also has the function of quick measurement of out-of-tolerance warning,
the value of the display is red when the upper tolerance is exceeded, and the value of the display is yellow
when the lower tolerance is exceeded, and the measurement result is more intuitive.

Precautions:
1. When measuring, apply measuring rod face gently touch the workpiece, and do not get hard stuck,
    in case measuring surface is worn out which will affect the accuracy.
2. When measuring the diameter of the workpiece, the workpiece should be rotated along the processing direction
    of the workpiece, and the turning point reading of the pointer should be the correct measurement value.
3. Clean and maintain the micrometer regularly to ensure that it is in good working status.
