Description:
Deko Corp provides a complete line of taper pipe thread ring gauges, available with sizes from 1/16-27NPT to 6-8NPT 
and sizes from 1/16-27NPTF to 6-8NPTF as per National (American) Standard Pipe Taper Threads specification.

NPT taper pipe thread ring gauge is used to inspect the internal and external threads of the NPT thread. When inspecting
the external thread, screw the thread ring gauge into the external thread to be inspected, if the thread body to be inspected
is qualified between the upper and lower base surfaces of the thread ring gauge, it means that the thread meets the standard.
When inspecting the internal thread, screw the thread plug gauge into the internal thread to be inspected, and if it is also qualified
between the upper and lower base surfaces, it means that it is qualified

NPTF is utilized as a dry seal while NPT thread ring gauge needs some kind of sealing medium to prevent leaks.

Taper pipe threads are one of the more challenging threads to produce and measure. We introduced internal first grade thread
machining center and measuring equipment, NPT general purpose pipe thread plug and ring gages are manufactured per ANSI.

Precautions:
1. Do not use it for non-gauge inspection purposes, because there are functional sharp parts in the thread and the corners
   of the gauge part, which is easy to cause injury to the operator.
2. Before use, please use oil to invade the gauge and the product, or wipe it with a clean cloth to confirm
    whether the gauge has rust, scratches, burrs, etc.
3. When using, apply fully with anti-rust lubricating oil, do not apply impact to the gauge.
4. When storing the gauge, dust, chips, etc. should be removed first to prevent rust. Store the gauge in a place
    where there is no moisture and the temperature does not change much, and check it regularly.
