Description:
Digital micrometer head with measurement up to 25mm/1″ and 50mm/2″. IP65 protection degree provides excellent resistance
against water, dust and ensures precision and reliable measuring, even in very bad surroundings. The hardened and ground spindle
along with a carbide anvil ensure durability and accuracy.
Micrometer head as one adjustable positioning device, can be adjusted down to the micrometer. The essence of the differential head
is to use the principle of gears to convert the rotation of rotational motion into linear insertion and exit movements. It uses two gears
of different diameters for a third moment differential action that converts subtle changes in rotation into linear insertion and exit movements,
enabling precise control of small distances.

Precautions:
1. Use soft cloth or cotton cleaning the micrometer.
2. Do not use any organic solvent such as acetone etc.
3. The spindle is designed so that it cannot be removed from the inner sleeve.
4. Do not move it past the upper limit of the measuring range.
5. Remove the battery if the micrometer not use for a long time.
