Titanium fasteners are made from titanium or titanium alloys (such as TC4/Ti-6Al-4V, TA2, etc.), which have excellent
advantages as below:
1.High strength and lightweight: titanium's strength is close to steel, but its density is only 60% of steel, which
significantly reduces the weight, makes it suitable for applications requiring weight reduction (such as aircraft and
racing cars).
2.Excellent corrosion resistance: titanium has strong resistance to seawater, chloride ions, etc,
3. Biocompatibility: non-toxic, anti-allergenic, suitable for medical implants (such as orthopedic screws, dental implants).
4. High temperature resistance: Some titanium alloys (such as Ti-6Al-4V) can maintain performance at temperatures
between 300 and 500ºC, making them suitable for aircraft engines.
5. Non-magnetic: suitable for medical equipment such as MRI or precision electronic devices.
